PURPOSE: To raise safety of a locker for the neutral position of a master device by concurrently locking plural links by a method in which when the lock pin pivotally supported in a rocking manner on a handle-like link is not grasped, the lock pin is moved through the links.
CONSTITUTION: The basal end of the second link 2M is pivotally supported on the tip of the first link 1M, and the third link 3M is pivotally supported on the tip of the second link 2M. A handle 10 is integrally attached to the third link 3M and the fourth link 4M of an U-shaped form is pivotally supported on the U-shaped link. When the lock link 4M is moved in a rocking manner, a cam 26 is turned through the links 7, 8 and 9, the lock pin 15 is moved, and rotors 1M, 2M and 3M are fixed. When the handle of the lock link 4M is not touched by hand, the lock pin 15 is on the fixing position. The three links can thus be concurrently locked by one touch.
