Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a locking body with small diameter which can wear or detach a necklace chain easily.
SOLUTION: A locking body is composed of an upper half-divided body 1, a lower half-divided body 2, a shaft 3, and a spring 4. When depressing a press part 5 of the upper half-divided body 1 in opposition to the spring 4, a hole 8 is made widely opened to facilitate a locking part (b) of a necklace chain (c) to insert. After insertion, when canceling the depression and pulling out the necklace chain lightly, an end part of the locking part (b) is contacted with the inner end surface of the locking body, causing the necklace chain to be prevented from coming off. Other locking part (a) is kept to be locked. When the press part 5 is made to be depressed to open it and pull out the locking part (b), the necklace chain can be removed.
