CONSTITUTION: The logic circuit 100 is a logic circuit formed between 1st and 2nd power supplies VCC and VSS, and the logic circuit 100 is connected to an input means 2 having an input section 8 and an output section 9, an inverter means 3 connecting to the output section 9 of the input means 2, and the inside of the output section is provided with an H level signal creating circuit 5, an L level signal creating circuit 6, and an output VOUT of the output section is provided in the connection section between both the signal creating circuits 5, 6, and an output means 4 including a control means 7 applying a complementary signal individually to the H level and L level signal creation circuits 5, 6 while receiving an output from the inverter means 3 is provided and the control means 7 is provided with an active pull-down means 30 driven in response to the input signal and acting like a function to extract the residual charge in the L level signal creating circuit 6.
