To provide a loosening prevention tool of a form tie capable of preventing loosening of a tightening nut due to vibration of a form effectively and reducing cost and having excellent workability.
This loosening prevention tool B of the form tie A of tightening nut type is composed of a tie rod 5 provided with a male screw 5a at one end, an end thick pressing fitting 6 forming a hole for inserting the tie rod, and the tightening nut 7 screwed into the male screw 5a of the tie rod 5 protruding from the end thick pressing fitting 6. A base part 9 provided with a pair of nipping pieces 8 for nipping both side faces of the tightening nut 7 elastically, a tongue piece 8 abutted on a side face of the end thick pressing fitting extended from one side of the base part 9, and a locking piece 11 engaged with a rear surface end fringe of the end thick pressing fitting bent from a tip of the tongue piece 8 are formed by bending a metallic plate. A folding-back piece 12 may be provided at a tip of the locking piece 11.
