Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker unit that can strongly join a voice coil bobbin and a diaphragm.
SOLUTION: U-shaped breaks are given to a fitted part of a diaphragm 1 to a voice coil bobbin 2, a part surrounded by the breaks is folded to form a tongue 1a that is projected inwardly, U-shaped breaks are given to a fitting part of the diaphragm 1 to the coil bobbin 2, a part surrounded by the breaks is folded to form a tongue 1b that is projected outward and the diaphragm 1 and the voice coil bobbin 2 are fixed, while respective tongues 1a, 2b of the diaphragm and the voice coil bobbin are abutted on each other.
