Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform upward and downward louver machinings at the same time by providing an upper die provided with a punch blade part for downward louver machining on the top end of a punching body and a lower die provided with a blade part for upward lover machining on the top end of a die.
CONSTITUTION: The punch body 9 that is freely movably vertically is provided in a punch guide 7, and the upper die 3 is provided in which the punch blade part 21 to perform the downward louver machining is provided on the top end of the punch body 9. An ejector plate 37 energized upward is provided on the top of the die 33; and the blade part 43 is provided performing the upward louver machining is provided on the top of the die 33. The lower die 5 is constituted so that an ejector plate 41 holding a plate material W via a spring 39 mounted on the ejector plate 37 is provided on the die 33. Thus, the upward and downward louver machinings are performed at the same time with the upper die and the lower die.
