Title:
LOW-TEMPERATURE CURABLE ELECTRODEPOSITION COATING COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3218251
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition which can give a cured coating film excellent in adhesion and chemical resistance by mixing an aminoacrylic curable anionic electrodeposition coating composition with a specified epoxy resin and a sulfonic acid compound.
CONSTITUTION: An aminoacrylic curable anionic electrodeposition coating composition (e.g. a composition containing a film-forming component comprising a hydroxyl and carboxyl containing acrylic resin and an amino resin) is mixed with an epoxy resin modified with a phosphoric monoester (e.g. monobutyl phosphate) and a monobasic acid (e.g. coconut oil fatty acid) and a sulfonic acid compound (e.g. dinoylnaphthalenemonosulfonic acid).
