Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical contact method with a simple structure.
SOLUTION: This structure is composed of: socket pins 105 that are to be inserted into a board 102, each pin having a bent-pin part 112, a rubber stopper 108 at its upper part and a pin guide 109 at its intermediate part; contact terminals 106 into each upper surface of which a package pin 104 of a PGA package 101 is stuck and each side surface of which comes into contact with the socket pin 105 and thereby connects the package pin 104 and the socket pin 105 electrically; and a board 102 to which the contact terminals 106 and the socket pins 105 are attached and which has guide stoppers 111 and guide rails 110 to insert and retain the socket pins 105.
