Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve color rendering properties of a light emitting device.SOLUTION: A light emitting device (10) has a first light emitting region (100) and a second light emitting region (200). The first light emitting region (100) emits light of a first color by causing a first light emitting layer group including at least two or more kinds of light emitting layers to emit light. The second light emitting region (200) emits light of the first color (such as a daylight color, day white color, white color, warm white color, or light bulb color) by causing a second light emitting layer group including at least two or more kinds of light emitting layers to emit light. At least one kind of light emitting layer of the second light emitting layer group emits light having a different spectrum from that of any of the light emitting layers of the first light emitting layer group. Consequently, the color rendering properties of light emitted by the light emitting device (10) is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
