Abstract:
To provide a luminescent material for EL elements having high emission brightness and luminous efficiency and excellent heat resistance and durability.
The organic EL element is characterized as follows. The organic El element is provided with a base, an anode, an organic layer and a cathode and the organic layer contains at least one of compound represented by the general formula (wherein, R1 to R8 are each the same or different and are each a hydrogen atom, a 1-6C straight-chain or a 1-6C branched alkyl group or a 1-6C straight-chain or a 1-6C branched alkoxy group; and the central skeleton X is an aromatic substituent, more preferably an electron accepting substituent).
