To provide a means resolving problems that though signs, letters, logos and the like by the use of the conventional luminous paints have a structure applied by the kneading into ink, a structure sintered and formed, etc., practical uses such as outside installation are difficult because an embossed structure from the installation surface according to the skill is apt to produce a scratching and a peeling, and further, a luminous efficiency is low because a phosphor function is limited to the luminescence by only a paint surface portion exposed on the surface portion.
A paint in which a luminous material, and a transparent clear lacquer or a transparent polyurethane coating material are kneaded and uniformly dispersed, is inpoured into a groove and a cratering part, or after a blanco is applied to the groove and the cratering part, the luminous material is inpoured therein, dried, and fixed.
