The luminous silicone rubber sheet 1 has a composite layer structure constituted of a luminous layer 2 comprising a silicone rubber to which a luminous fluorescent body is added, a reflecting layer 3 comprising a silicone rubber to which a white pigment is added. In this case, the luminous layer 2 comprises the silicone rubber, it has high transparency and does not obstruct the emission of light energy and the luminescence of the luminous fluorescent body and, since the luminous layer 2 is hard to absorb water, the luminous fluorescent body is not deteriorated and has high durability.
