Abstract:
本発明は、MAIT細胞から人工多能性幹細胞を作製する方法、および、MAIT細胞由来の人工多能性幹細胞を提供することを課題とする。また、本発明は、人工多能性幹細胞からMAIT様細胞を作製する方法、および、MAIT様細胞を提供することを課題とする。本発明によって、MAIT細胞に特異的なTCR遺伝子を有する人工多能性幹細胞を分化誘導してMAIT様細胞を樹立することができる。
