Abstract:
To provide an MCrAlY type coating obtained by cladding a defect-free epitaxial coating on a single crystal article.
The article (4) has a surface (5) and a single crystal structure. The article (4) is coated with an NiCrAlY-protective coating (6). The NiCrAlY is epitaxially grown on the surface (5) of the article (4). The NiCrAlY has a /' structure. The NiCrAlY-coating (6) has a solidification temperature range (T0) of smaller than 30C, and the NiCrAlY-coating has a temperature range (T1) of the last 5% liquid of smaller than 15C.
