Abstract:
To provide a system for observing behavior of mitochondria at ontogeny and movement of the mitochondria in the whole tissues at formation of a morbid state.
The expression vector containing a red fluorescent protein (DsRed2) or blue fluorescent protein (ECFP) gene, and the transgenic nonhuman animal characterized by the specific expression of the DsRed2 or the ECFP in the mitochondria are provided.
