Abstract:
To provide a machine tool that uses a reduced amount of lubrication oil.SOLUTION: A machine tool includes a main spindle device for rotating a gripped workpiece, driving devices 5, 6 respectively corresponding to two or more respective processing shafts for moving a processing tool, a lubrication oil supply device 8 for sending lubrication oil in an oil tank 31 sequentially from the upstream side driving device to the downstream side driving device via a pump 32, and a control device for controlling driving of the respective devices. For example, the upstream side driving device is provided with an oil pan 35 at a location where the supplied lubrication oil is discharged, and lubrication oil collected there is supplied to the downstream side driving device by the pump 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
