Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to automatically position and align containers.
CONSTITUTION: This machine comprises a main hopper 48 for receiving containers 4 randomly, a rotatable disc 2, and container holders 1 having recesses therein for receiving the containers 2 in a lying position. The rotatable disc 2 has a plurality of peripheral apertures 3 in a peripheral position thereof. The container holders 1, exchangeable rectangular members, have the inside diameter of the container holders 1 that is set in such a way as to be applicable to given containers. Also, the container holders 1 are provided with an inclined plane 11 directed towards the central part of the hopper 48. Drop shoots 31 are solidly formed on the rotatable disc 2 and a second disc 32 arranged parallel thereto so that the containers are aligned by the drop shoots 31 along a fixed bottom part member 34.
