CONSTITUTION: Empty vessels, etc., are thrown into a compression room 6 from a throw-in inlet 7 and a front door 8 is closed. In the spreading state of the empty vessels, etc., on a receiving stand 15, a movable stand 14 is lowered by acting a cylinder 18, and the empty vessels, etc., are cracked and crushed. Next, after raising the movable stand 14, a cylinder 12 is operated, then a rear door 11 is elevated and a discharging outlet 10 is opened. Then, the receiving stand 15 is turned upward to the discharging outlet 10 side with a spindle shaft 21 as the center by acting the cylinder 24, the broken chips are discharged to the outside of the body 1, received with guiding pieces 32 and collected in a dust box 30. After completing discharging, the receiving stand 15 is returned back to the original position by acting the cylinder 12 and the cylinder 24, and the discharging outlet 10 is also closed with the rear door 11.
