To avoid power shortage.SOLUTION: A machine learning device comprises: a neural network storage unit storing a neural network (NN) that outputs an output value related to driving control of a vehicle (1) when data related to driving of the vehicle (1) is input; a learning data storage unit storing learning data on a weight of the neural network (NN); and a learning speed adjustment unit for adjusting the learning speed of the weight of the neural network (NN) according to driving conditions of the vehicle (1).
