Thus, cassette accommodation information stored in the cassette accommodation table, state information on deposit/take-out of the cassette, and abnormality information on deposit abnormality or take-in abnormality can be collated with each other. As a result, the cassettes can be strictly managed, and even when the cassette accommodation state is changed during the maintenance or an earthquake, the trouble can be easily restored. Further, abnormality or illegality can be discovered strictly or in an early stage by determining difference between accommodation information stored in the cassette accommodation table of the storage unit and the present scrutiny information under scrutiny.
