To provide a method for evaluating the degree of completion of processing of a curve-shaped member which evaluates and determines the shape of a curved surface of the curve-shaped member after processing, confirming the processing accuracy of the curved surface of the curve-shaped member that is under processing or which has been processed during the course of forming the curved surface.
The method for evaluating the degree of completion of processing of a curve-shaped member includes a step of measuring the shape of a curved surface that is under processing, or has been processed by a measuring apparatus; a step of forming a surface and point by inputting data of the measured shape of the curved surface and data of a designed shape of the curved surface; a step of matching curved surfaces which matches the measured shape of the curved surface with the shape of the curved surface which has been designed in reflection of a margin portion, in a manufacturing process of a ship's hull and specific constraint conditions of a chamfering operation; a step of calculating an error amount between the curved surfaces; and a step of evaluating the degree of completion of processing of the shape of the curved surface.
