PURPOSE: To set a cable to connect a detection means and a reservoir finish detection means to each other on the outside of a machining tank by providing a machining liquid detection means on the outside of the machining tank.
CONSTITUTION: A machining tank 5 reserves machining liquid. Then, a liquid level height setting means 9 sets machining liquid in the machining tank 5 at a specific liquid level height. This machining liquid is discharged from the machining tank 5 after it reaches the specific liquid level height. At this time, a machining liquid detection means 14 detects the machining liquid discharged from the machining liquid tank 5. Thereafter, a reservoir finish detection means (PMC) 16 detects that reservation of the machining liquid in the machining tank 5 is finished on the basis of a detection signal from the machining liquid detection means 14. As the machining liquid detection means 14 is only to detect the machining liquid discharged from the machining tank 5, it is, for example, provided at the outlet side of the machining tank 5. Consequently, it is possible to provide a cable 15 to transmit a detected signal of the machining liquid detection means 14 on the outside of the machining tank 5.
