To provide an apparatus for binding a magnet on a surface of a rotor which enables use of a normal thermosetting resin as an adhesive between the magnet and a rotor core as a curing time is reduced, accurately and simply aligns the magnet, and simply manufactures a skewed rotor having the magnet with a plurality of steps.
The apparatus is provided with a base 13 for supporting a shaft 2 fixed to the rotor core 1, a movable magnet holder 6 for circumferentially pressing the magnets 3 tentatively attached on a surface of the rotor core 1 by the thermosetting adhesive toward a central axis of the rotor while the shaft 2 is supported perpendicular to the base 13, a driver 9 for moving a rod 8 attached to the movable magnet holder 6, and a high-frequency heating coil 10 circumferentially and proximally disposed and heating the thermosetting adhesive.
