Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to be taken off by a tensile force with an angle acting on a power cord even in the case a contact recess part is formed deep for electrical safety reason with a magnet plug used for a power cord for an electric pot or the like.
SOLUTION: With the magnet plug 1 having a plug case 2 held in free attachment and detachment by attraction force of a magnet to a plug receptacle 12, a protrusion 8 having a slanting face 8a on the outside face of the plug case 2, to keep in contact with the opening end of the plug receptacle at a slanting movement of the plug, so that it can be taken off from the plug receptacle 12 by an outward horizontal component force P2.
