Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a magnet roll, which is contrived lightening, makes a molding time shorten, restrains shrink and bubbles from generating and has stable magnetic force characteristics, and a method of manufacturing the magnet roll.
CONSTITUTION: A magnet roll consists of a magnet main body 1 formed of a molding resin magnet, a support part 2 injection molded integrally with the main body 1 on the side of at least one end of this magnet main body 1 and a hollow part 3 formed in the main body 1.
