Title:
MAGNET TYPE ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5688969
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the use of petroleum and also eliminate the noise due to explosition down to nil by converting vertical kinetic forces derived from the magnetic forces of attraction and repulsion, into a rotational torque via a crank mechanism.

CONSTITUTION: An energized electromagnet 1A provides a magnetic force to pull an attraction plate 7 journalled below it, while an electromagnet B which is not energized does not pull the attraction plate 7. Similar action is also provided by electromagnets 1C and 1D which are successively energized by the action of a distributor 12. As a result, a crank 8 mounted on the attraction plate 7 which is mounted below each electromagnet is vertically moved, thus causing rotation of associated crankshafts 9 and 10 to provide a drive force. Thus, perfect solutions to the noise problems and energy saving measures can be accomplished.
