Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the discharge and transport performance by turning off and on multiple electromagnets provided on the rear surface of a transport rail inclined downward in sequence from the outlet side in coincidence with the cycle of the next process in a magnetic chute for transporting bolts, etc.

CONSTITUTION: During the discharge and feed of a magnetic chute 11 at the outlet section 13, the first and the second electromagnets 10A, 10B are turned off and on in coincidence with the cycle of the next process. That is, when the first electromagnet 10A is turned off and the second electromagnet 10B is turned on, a screw 6 adsorbed by the electromagnet 10A is released and fed. Next, the electromagnet 10A is turned on and the electromagnet 10B is turned off, and the screw at the electromagnet 10B is shifted to the electromagnet 10A. Other electromagnets 10 are turned off and on in sequence from the downstream side during one cycle of the next process, and the screw 6 is shifted downstream in sequence. Then, a new screw 6 is fed to the electromagnet 10B. Accordingly, the discharge can be performed efficiently and the transport can be improved.
