Title:
MAGNETIC COMB FOR REMOVING DANDRUFF AND FIXING HAIR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02209103
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a simply structured permanent magnetic comb at low cost to remove dandruff by fixing induction rods which generate a specific average induced magnetic force at a supporting body on a permanent magnet main body with a specific average surface strength. CONSTITUTION: This comb is generally cylindrical and has a casing 1 for a permanent magnet 2. The casing 1 is preferably made of a plastic material. The average surface magnetic force of the permanent magnet 2 is 1000-1500GS (gauss), and induction rods 5 generate 250-1000GS induced magnetic force in average at their positions. The induction rods 5 are fixed at a supporting body 4 on the permanent magnet 2. A non-magnetic sheet 3 is put at the top of the permanent magnet 2, and the supporting body 4, the non-magnetic sheet 3, and the permanent magnet 2 are fixed inside the casing 1 with a clip ring 7. The length of an induction rods 5 is 15-25mm. The thickness and the diameter of the magnet 2 are 14-22mm, and 35-45mm, respectively.
