Title:
MAGNETIC ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS62257624
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To increase memory capacity and to lower cost without incorporating a binder into a magnetic film by sticking a sputtered magnetic sheet to a hard base.

CONSTITUTION: A shallow groove 2 is formed longitudinally to the prescribed position of the hard base 1 of a magnetic card and the sputtered magnetic sheet 3 is stuck by using an org. adhesive agent 4 into the grooves 2. Gamma hematite (τ-Fe2O3), cobalt (Co)-contg. τ-Fe2O3 and chromium dioxide (CrO2), etc., can be adopted for a magnetic material 9 of the magnetic sheet 3. The magnetic film 9 formed by a sputtering method is secure without contg. the binder and has the large residual magnetic Br to provide the high output.
