To provide a rotation engine favorable for an earth environment, which rotates with repulsion of magnetic poles of a magnet and inertia of a flywheel, although an internal combustion engine using a fossil fuel, or the like, pollutes the earth environment.

The flywheel 4 is manually rotated at first, and then, using substantially central part of a seesaw member 1 as a fulcrum, vertical reciprocating movement of the seesaw member 1 is changed to rotation movement of the flywheel 4 by a crank mechanism 3. With movement of cams and link members provided at the central part of the flywheel, repulsive force of the magnetic pole of a magnet m1 or magnet m2 of the seesaw member 1 which is mounted in an opposite direction with the magnetic pole of a magnet M1 or magnet M2, respectively, allows the vertical reciprocating movement of the seesaw member 1 to be repeated, so that the flywheel 4 is also repeated to be rotated.
