Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain structure needing no high power, by providing an iron core supporting mount on one end part of an oscillation plate, and a weight on another end part, and moreover forming an oscillation spindle on the gravity center of the oscillation plate to oscillate the oscillation spindle as the center.
SOLUTION: An oscillation spindle 14 is rotatably arranged on a base plate 21 via a supporting mount 13, and is fixed to an oscillation plate 12 being oscillatory by an oscillation device 15. An iron core supporting mount 16, rotatably supporting an iron core 3, is provided on one end onto the oscillation plate 12, and a weight 11 is provided on a position, horizontally balanced in moment with the oscillation spindle 14 as the center, in another end. An action of a pair of retractable arms 28 are interlockedly controlled so that the oscillation plate 12 can be oscillated at a given oscillation period, and when one side arm 28 is in a pushed up condition, another side arm 28 is to be lowered.
