This head is provided with a magnetic core 11 forming a magnetic gap 11b on the sliding surface 11a sliding on a magnetic information recording medium for recording/reproducing the information to the magnetic information recording medium while having a hole 11d for winding a coil 12, the coil 12 wound to the core winding part 11c confronted with the sliding surface 11a of the magnetic core 11 from the winding hole 11d of the magnetic core 11, and a magnetic slider 13 burying the magnetic core 11 for holding it so as to expose the magnetic gap 11b to the nearly center part of the sliding surface 16 and having a winding groove 15 for winding the coil 12 to the coil winding part 11c from the outside in the manner of inserting through the winding hole 11d of the buried magnetic core 11.
