This lubricant component is adhered to the thin film 12 or 13 by the effect of its chemical active groups. As a result, the lubricant component fixed over the entire apart is formed. The lubricant component is thereafter made chemically inert. The thin film 14 has the chemically active component 20 and the chemically inert component 22. The component 20 is tightly adhered to the surface of the disk and the component 22 is adhered to the main chain of the adhesive lubricant component.
