CONSTITUTION: The capstans 204 and 206 are provided in one body to the flywheels 200 and 202, respectively. The wheels 200 and 202 are attached rotatably to a substrate 2. A belt 208 is hooked between a pulley and the wheels 200 and 202 to transmit the motive force of a motor to the wheels 200 and 202. A shaft 10 is implanted to a substrate 2, and the pulley is supported by the shaft 10. A belt 8 is hooked between a pulley part 12a of the pulley and a motor pulley. At the same time, rotary arm 14 is supported freely rotatably by the shaft 10.
