PURPOSE: To confirm signals even in case the high-speed reproduction is carried out in the direction opposite to the recording, by providing the 1st address designating means to designate successively the addresses which are stored to a time axis expander and the 2nd address designating means to designate successively the addresses reversely to the 1st designating means.

CONSTITUTION: The signal of an input terminal 11 is stored to a storage device 1 after an A/D conversion 12. The address to be stored is applied to a device 15 from a register 17 through a switch 16. When signals are stored to all addresses of the device 15, the register 17 delivers a carry to reverse the output of a controller 19. When the signal is read out, the contents of the device 15 undergo a D/A conversion 14 through a switch 13 and is delivered to an output terminal 23. The address designating signal applied from the device 15 inverts the signal sent from the register 17 through an inverter 18. Therefore the contents delivered form the device 15 are outputted in order of the later storage. As a result, the original record contents are outputted even in a reverse reproduction mode.
