PURPOSE: To make a small-sized and thinner device by reducing the number of components and simplification of the structure, by constituting the titled device so as to obtain the take-up torque of a reel stand necessary for forward regenerating and backward regenerating by one torque limiter structure.
CONSTITUTION: An output pulley which rotates in one body with a capstan motor axis, and the rotary output of the output pulley is supplied to a driving car 8 through a belt 7. The driving car 8 has a above driving car 17 and a below driving car 17 installed freely rotatably to the boss part 16, and a felt 14 installed to the below driving car 17 is energized with an edge surface 18 of the above driving car 13 to act the function of a torque limiter. At the forward and backward rotation, a turn arm 23 rotates to the same direction of the driving car 8 by a forward and backward rotation of a capstan motor and the rotation is converted by each constant torque to a take-up and supply side of a reel stand 30 through a contacting gear 24 provided on the edge. In such constitution, the simplification of the structure, and a small-sized and thinner device is obtained.
