Abstract:

To reduce influences by a movement of the heart and a movement of breathing and to improve temporal efficiency of data collection in a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus for imaging the coronary arteries.

The magnetic resonance imaging apparatus is provided with: a high frequency magnetic field generation part 7; a tilted magnetic field generation part 3; a control unit 5 for performing control so as to collect MR data about a plurality of sampling planes which are arranged in an outer circle with an axis on a (k) space almost coincident with a body axis of an object as a center in synchronization with a heartbeat of the object; and an operation unit 10 for converting the MR data into data of a plurality of projection images, reconstructing volume data based on the MR data, individually correcting an anatomical shift out of position of the plurality of projection images with respect to reconstructed volume data, performing reverse conversion of the compensated projection images into MR data, feeding back the reversely converted MR data to reconstruction of the volume data, and generating images from the reconstructed volume data.
