Abstract:
To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus that reduces variations in a center frequency f0 due to a delay of feedback control of a cooling device for cooling a gradient magnetic field coil.
A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus comprises a gradient magnetic field coil, a cooling device and a control section. The gradient magnetic field coil applies a gradient magnetic field to an inspection object placed inside a static magnetic field. The cooling device cools the gradient magnetic field coil. The control section controls the cooling device on the basis of a variation amount of a center frequency f0 of magnetic resonance.
