PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic sensor which can be easily created and is suited for mass production.
CONSTITUTION: For detecting the magnetic field in X direction, anodes 22 (+), 22 (0), 22 (-) are successively arranged in Y direction and the anode 22 (0) is superposed on an emitter 14 of electric field radiation electron source. For detecting the magnetic field in Y direction, anodes 38 (+), 38 (0), and 38 (-) are successively arranged in X direction and the anode 38 (0) is superposed to the emitter 32 of the electric field radiation electron source when viewed from the Z direction. Also, for detecting the magnetic field in Z direction, anodes 50 (+), 50 (0), and 50 (-) are successively arranged in X direction and an emitter 44 of the electric field radiation electron source is laid out at the side in Y direction of the anode 50 (0) so that it is not superposed on the anode 50 (0). Further, anodes 58 (+), 58 (0), and 58 (-) are successively arranged in Y direction and the emitter 52 of the electric field radiation electron source is laid out at the side in X direction of the anode 58 (0) so that it is not superposed to the emitter 52 of the electric field radiation electron source when viewed from Z direction.
