Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sheet that has suitable magnetic permeability performance and sheet strength and is excellent in flexibility.SOLUTION: A magnetic sheet contains, as a resin material, acrylic rubber and an epoxy resin that is formed by glycidyl-etherifying a modified polyhydric phenol obtained through an acetalization reaction between a polyhydric phenol and a polyvalent vinyl ether, so that magnetic powder density can be suitably improved when an obtained sheet is subjected to press working, and high sheet strength and extremely excellent flexibility can be achieved. In addition, suitable dry film strength can be achieved also in coating, so that production can be suitably performed in a roll state, and thereby high productivity can be achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: None
