To provide a magnetic shield member which efficiently shields earth magnetism.

The knitting magnetic shield member is obtained by performing plain weaving so that a clearance does not substantially exist by using a Co basis amorphous alloy substrate in a ribbon shape like a warp and using the other Co basis amorphous alloy substrate in the ribbon-shape like a woof. The Co basis amorphous alloy substrate whose coercive force (Hc) is 0.4 A/m or below and whose saturation magnetostriction constant is the minus sixth power of 10 or below is used. The magnetic shield member where a plurality of the substrates are superimposed in a board thickness direction is used.
