To provide a magnetic shield panel capable of increasing the rigidity of a magnetic shield room, and capable of improving a magnetic shield performance while capable of obtaining a electromagnetic shield performance.

The magnetic shield panel is provided with a frame consisting of stem members of a high conductive material, an electromagnetic shield plate obtained by abutting a plurality of rectangular sheet members consisting of sheet members of high conductive material against each other at the end rims thereof to weld them and attached to one side of the frame, a magnetic shield plate obtained by abutting a plurality of rectangular sheet members consisting of the sheet members of high permeability alloy material against each other at the end rim thereof to connect them and attached to the upper surface of the electromagnetic shield plate while being superposed, and reliance boards consisting of the high permeability alloy material same as the magnetic shield plate and attached so as to cover the abutting parts in the magnetic shield plate, while the electromagnetic shield plate is superposed on the magnetic shield plate so as to have no gap.
