To provide a magnetic shielding apparatus which can lower manufacturing cost, by reducing the amount of steel used for the magnetic shielding apparatus, can prevent magnetic flux caused by the magnetic flux density of steel plate reaching the magnetic saturated region, and can prevent adverse effects on a control apparatus installed in the magnetic shielding apparatus.
The magnetic shielding apparatus is a double-layered apparatus formed of an internal layer and an external layer constituted with a bamboo blind type magnetic material. The plate at the area of the larger amount of magnetic flux of the internal layer and/or external layer is formed thicker than the plate at the area of less amount of magnetic flux. The magnetic shielding apparatus, preferably, installs an exciting material in the internal side, and the plate thickness (ti) of the internal layer is larger than that (to) of the external layer. A projected area is preferably provided to the opposing side at the internal layer.
