Title:
MAGNETIC SPRING VIBRATING MECHANISM WITH NEGATIVE DAMPING CHARACTERISTIC
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3924596
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate insufficiency of resiliency of a magnetic spring by rotating a rotor by external force through a ratchet mechanism so as to change the opposed area of a plurality of permanent magnets with like magnetic poles opposed to each other and to make output side repulsion larger than input side repulsion from the balanced positions of the permanent magnets.
SOLUTION: A magnetic spring structure body M has a base 5, a lateral pair of X-links 6, 6 and a top plate 7, and a ratchet wheel is rotatably fitted to a fixed disc fitted to the center of the base 5. Twenty-four teeth, for instance, are formed at the outer peripheral surface of the ratchet wheel, and twelve permanent magnets 58 are disposed circumferentially at specified spaces on the upper face of the ratchet wheel on the inside of the teeth. A disc is fixed to the lower face center of the top plate 7 through a fixed block 44, and twelve permanent magnets 70 are disposed circumferentially at specified spaces at the lower face of the disc so as to be opposed to the permanent magnets 58 with like magnetic poles. These permanent magnets 58, 70 generate maximum repulsion in the closest state.
