PURPOSE: To produce a reading/writing head which is intensified in magnetic fields with respect to an optical outlet by lowering the ratio between the magnetic field in a perpendicular direction and the magnetic field in the perpendicular direction of the optical outlet.
CONSTITUTION: A sub-assembly SE 1 is produced by depositing an induction layer transparent to the wavelength to be used on a chip S, forming laminated parts 30, 31, 32 of optical guides, forming a mirror, depositing an insulating layer 45 on the outlet and polishing this layer to flatten the layer. Next, a lower magnetic piece having a magnetic pole recessed from the plane of this sub-assembly SE1 is formed and an insulating layer is deposited on the assembly. The assembly is formed with conductive windings and is provided with the insulating layer. The insulating layer is engraved in order to form apertures, by which the magnetic sub-assembly SE2 forming supplementing members on the plane of the upper magnetic piece utilized as the closed connection of the conductive windings is produced. As a result, the ratio between the magnetic field in the perpendicular direction of the magnetic pole and the magnetic field in the perpendicular direction of the optical outlet is lowered.
