Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic healthy bread mix by mail order under the circumstances that breads commercially available at the present time contain many food additives and these foods are approved by Welfare Ministry and considered have no problem on health, however, even the foods approved by Japan Welfare Ministry may not be approved depending on countries, therefore, when the organic foods are internationally traded, it is necessary to be cautious on which organic foods are approved in the concerned country.SOLUTION: As a production method of organic bread, a method of exporting a bread dough to Japan after molding the bread dough is adopted. However, the production method thereof has various problems. Therefore, a method of producing organic bread mix without producing the bread dough is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
