To provide a maintenance system enabling a person other than a developer of a system to easily edit data and reflect updated data to monitor parts of all facilities without requiring labor hour.

This system comprises a plurality of terminals 3, 5, 7 and 9 for displaying operating states of a plurality of facility devices 4, 6, 8 and 10 having the same function on respective display means; and a server 1 having a means for accumulating alarm information including causes of failure and alarm of the facility devices 4, 6, 8 and 10 and the measures therefor, the server being connected to an electric communication line 2 communicable with the terminals 3, 5, 7 and 9. The terminals 3, 5, 7 and 9 read the alarm information accumulated in the server 1 on the basis of information of a failure or alarm from the facility devices 4, 6, 8 and 10 and display it on the display means, and also have an editing function enabling the edition of the alarm information accumulated in the server 1 also from the terminals 3, 5, 7 and 9 through input means.
