PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform initial installation without making a failure when performing the initial installation using installation data including customer information over a plurality of organizations.SOLUTION: A management device for communicating with an information processing device prepares a second instruction document including no first and second installation data from a first instruction document prepared by first preparation means to manage the instruction document by registering the instruction document in storage means in the case of determining that the prepared first instruction document includes the first installation data for setting customer information and second installation data obtained by assuming that the first installation data is registered when preparing the first instruction document describing installation data to be registered in the information processing device. The management device also transfers the first instruction document or the second instruction document registered in the storage means together with tenant information for specifying an initialization destination for performing initialization of the information processing device to an information processing device of a request source when an instruction document is requested.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
