Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method of the invalid card information for a memory card which can record the invalid card information exceeding the information storage capacity that is previously set by recording the 2nd invalid card information which is stored before the rewriting 1st invalid card information is rewritten in addition to the 1st invalid card information in the same storage area.
SOLUTION: The emergency information F2, F3 and F4 are added to the regular information F1 as the emergency information 1, 2 and 3 respectively to construct the regular information F5 before the information F1 is rewritten. At the same time, the emergency information F6 is stored. If the information F1 is rewritten into the regular information F7, the stored information F6 is fetched to the regular information F8 as the information F3. Thus, if the information F1 is rewritten into the information F7, the information F3, F4 and F6 can be used as the invalid card information.
