PURPOSE: To facilitate a process of finding locations of articles so as to improve workefficiency by recording map information indicating the arrangement of the articles in a warehouse as bits on a matrix and displaying the information.

CONSTITUTION: A host side radio communication device 12 which can transmit and recieve by radio is connected to a host computer 11 and a fork lift side radio communication device 14 which can transmit and recieve data by radio is connected to a fork lift side terminal 13 mounted on a fork lift which carries articles in/out of a warehouse. Location and instruction matters transmitted from the host computer 11 side are received on the fork lift side via the fork lift side radio communication device 14, recorded in a prescribed region of RAM35 under the control of the central processing unit 31, and consequently the information is read out so as to be indicated on a display part 33. The driver of the fork lift moves to the specified location based on the displayed map information and location information so as to deliver articles.
